MISSION
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life advocates for the American fraternal values movement by providing quality, education, advising, and outreach that empowers values-based decisions and fosters the betterment of the USF students, chapters, and councils.

Every operational, programmatic and human aspect of the fraternity & sorority experience is bound by the congruence of words and deeds, actions and core values.
Leadership
Members of fraternities & sororities will demonstrate values-based leadership in the classroom, in the chapter, in our fraternity & sorority community, on campus and in the global community.
Learning
The programs, resources, experiences and opportunities gained through membership in a fraternity and sorority will cultivate life-long learning.
Service
